Harbor Town at Sea Pines
Harbor TownYacht Basin is the center of it all and home for over twenty independently owned and operated boutique clothing shops, gifts and craft galleries, nature stores, jewelry stores, independent art galleries, beach and tourist oriented too-shirt-souvenir shops. This is a great place to spent an afternoon shopping and dining. A variety of offshore excursions and watersport rentals are also available.

Plantation is the heartland of The Sea Pines Resort. Trees laced with Spanish moss embellish the landscape of bike paths, horse trails, and our 605-acre Forest Preserve. The Forest Preserve incorporates tranquil lagoons, salt marshes, winding tidal creeks and wildflower Meadows. After visiting the Forest Preserve be sure to stop by two Plantation favorites Lawton Stables and Stoney-Baynard Ruins, an 18th century plantation house. Lawton Stables is home to more than 50 American Saddlebreds offering Forest Preserve Horseback Tours and Pony Rides. Boat, hayride, and walking tours are also available.

Liberty Oak
Across from the lighthouse is the famed Liberty Oak, an ancient tree preserved with some effort by Charles Frasier during construction of Harbor Toen. Over the years, millions of residents and visitors have spent medical evenings under the liberty Oak enjoying Gregg Russell concerts and various other outdoor events. A popular photo op.

Charles Fraser Statue – Charles Fraser helped to construct the first bridge connecting Hilton Head Island to the mainland of South Carolina. In 1956, he purchased 19,000 acres of land on the south end of Hilton Head Island to create the Island’s first resont and residential plantation that would become The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Pines Plantation. The statue is a tribute to his contributions to Hilton Head Island

Gregg Russell Harbor Town Playground
Named after the famous entertainer who has been entertaining duests of Of the Sea Pines Resort for over 25 years. The playground is located adjacent to the Liberty Oak in Harbor Town to enjoy shopping. Dining, or just watching the kids play outdoors.

Harbor town Golf Links 18th Hown
Tver yearm PGA pros take to the fairways of the famed Harbor Town Golf Links to vie for the champion’s tartan jacket at the MCI Heritage. Ranked the # 1 course in South Carolina by Golf Magazine, this is the most sought after course to play on Hilton Head Island. Designhed by Pete Dye in consultation with Jack Nicklaus, Harbor Toen Golf Links is reminiscent of Scottish courses of olde. Don’t miss the champions on the 18th hole of this legendary course, overlooking calibogue sound and the yacht Basin. A popular photo op.

Sea Pines Racquet Club
Just steps from the Harbor Town Yacht Basin, the Sea Pines Racquet Club privides awared winning instructional programs, 23 clay courts, and Tennis Pro shop. Tennis players and tennis fans will want to stop by and get a glimpse of U.S. Open and Wimbledon Champion, Stan Smith or Billy Steams instrusting up and coming juniors in our world renowned Junior Academy. The list of start who have done battle on the famed courts at Sea Pines Racquet Club read likea who’s who of tennis. Laver, Borg, Conners, Evert, Navratilova, Graf and Kournikova are only a few to grace the resort which has hosted more televised tennis events in history.
